As stated in our FAQ’s Easter Bunny Online does not accept responsibility for mail being lost in the post.. It is the Buyers’ responsibility to ensure that the contact details for the Child are correct as we only use the information the Buyer supplies to complete the Letter from Santa. You may opt for Registered post. [see our FAQs]
We guarantee that your Childs’ Letter from Easter Bunny will be stamped with the correct postage fee and addressed according to the information supplied by the Buyer.
The cut-off date for orders for a Letter from Easter Bunny to allow 8 days for delivery is March 30th 2007. Orders will still be accepted after that date until April 3rd absolute deadline for Australia Post Next Day delivery which will incur additional cost of $5.
Easter Egg Gift Packs are delivered by Courier and take no longer than 6 days to arrive across Australia and New Zealand. The price of the Gift Packs includes the delivery fee. You have nothing more to pay. You must provide a delivery address and a telephone number where someone will be present to accept delivery during daylight hours. If you miss a delivery extra fees may be incurred but this is a matter between you and the Courier. Easterbunnyonline will not accept responsibility or claims arising from this issue.
While we strictly adhere to cut-off dates we do not accept responsibility for your Letter from the Easter Bunny failing delivery prior to the expected date.ie Wednesday April 4th 2007 unless you have opted for Registered Mail or Next Day Delivery
