Who can order a Letter from the Easter Bunny?
Our Letter from Easter Bunny Program is open to residents of Australia and it’s Territories and New Zealand only at this time.
Why do you charge so much to post a letter?
There is a lot of work behind what appears to be a simple letter. Apart from Stationery costs you have to consider the expense of postage and shipping of your Letter from the Easter Bunny starting with compiling, printing, envelope stuffing, hand addressing and pre-stamping. In addition we incur fees processing cheques and Money Orders. Then, of course, Easter Bunny has to stock his pantry too! Our prices are half those available in the USA and when you consider the enjoyment your special person gains from receiving their unique letter from the Easter Bunny you have to agree that the price is well worth the effort.
Do you guarantee delivery of my Letter from the Easter Bunny ?

We mail letters every Wednesday and Friday. From that point on you must agree to release us from any liability nor will we accept any liability for undelivered product. If we were to guarantee delivery of a standard letter we would be doing something Australia Post don’t do.
Is there any way to guarantee delivery?
Most certainly! For an additional fee of $ 2.80 per letter we will despatch by Australia Post Registered Mail. The addressee must be an adult and you will have to sign for delivery at your local Post Office. We can also send via Next Day Delivery
